Know what your stack is doing

Stack Precision is a supplement and peptide tracking app that analyzes your supplements, journal, genetics, and Apple Health data together to show what your stack is actually doing. Always free.

A weekly read, drawn from your own entries and written in the app's own words.

Capture in seconds

Log everything you take in seconds

The analysis is only as good as the record behind it, so logging is built to take seconds, not minutes.

The Today timeline, with morning, afternoon, and evening doses and logged meals.

Tap a dose

Everything you take, supplements to peptides, sits on one daily timeline. One tap logs it.

The voice capture sheet for a new journal entry, with a mic button under 'How was your day?'.

Dictate a journal entry

Talk through your day and your spoken entry is structured as you talk, ready for you to confirm.

Adding a supplement, with the scan sheet open to take a label photo or choose one from your library.

Scan a bottle

Point your camera at a label and the name, brand, and dose fill themselves in.

Snap a plate too, and the meal lands in your record read down to its ingredients and portions.

See what actually holds

Find out what to cancel and keep the money

Most apps remember what you took. Stack Precision tells you what it's doing. Put a hunch on watch and it holds that hunch for weeks against your own entries, then closes it with an answer. Sometimes it holds, and sometimes the pattern just isn't there to call either way.

A confirmed watch close: next-day stress tended to track lower alongside an ashwagandha pattern, held across the watch window as an association in your own data, not a proven cause.
A non-committal watch close reading 'No clear pattern yet' for an rs4680 magnesium hunch: you logged consistently, but the pattern was not strong enough to call either way.

Two ways to read your data closer

Every answer is built to be checked. The evidence is first your own record: your supplements, peptides, journal, and Apple Health data. When genetics are involved, published studies join it, cited so you can read them yourself.

From the App Store reviews

Pretty great

Signed up for the beta and used it. Still learning but have been taking supplements for years but mostly guessing. This app uses your actual genetic data to help you understand what works for your body specifically. The AI connects dots between your genes and supplements that I never could of figured out on my own. Really wish I had this sooner

Perimenopausal support

Been looking for a way to keep track of all my supplements, vitamins, and hormones to understand how my mood and energy changes. This is def easy. Also uploaded my genetics and the AI chat helped me think of questions to ask my doctor during my next visit. V cool.

Very cool tool

This app is really informative. It's very easy to add whatever supplements you're taking to your profile. All you do is scan the barcode and all the info comes up including dosage, what kind of tablet and main ingredients. I also really like the daily journal entry option. I can't wait to see what other benefits come about once I've been using it for awhile!

Why it exists

A tool built for its own maker

Stack Precision is built by Jeff Goodman, a solo developer running a long stack of his own. He wanted straight answers about what was working and what wasn't, couldn't find a tool that gave them, and built the one he needed. You are using the same instrument he uses.
